On May 7 2012, the hottest stars turned out in glittering, chic couture for
the famed Met Ball (a.k.a. the Fashion Oscars). The annual gala
celebrated a new exhibition, "Schiaparelli and Prada: Impossible
Conversations," and attracted both the biggest names in fashion and
music. From Beyonce tulle to black purple feathers and Kanye in a tux,
musicians put on their very best and cascaded down the red carpet in the
